Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any training program or using the services of Cave Aqua Skills Training Center, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Training Program Enrollment

Enrollment in our training programs is subject to availability and our admission requirements. We reserve the right to:

• Accept or decline enrollment applications at our discretion
• Require prerequisite knowledge or experience for advanced courses
• Limit class sizes for optimal learning experiences
• Modify course schedules with reasonable notice

All enrollment confirmations must be made in writing or through our official registration system.

Payment Terms

Course fees must be paid according to the following terms:

• Full payment is due upon enrollment confirmation
• Payment plans may be available for certain programs upon request
• All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
• Late payment may result in suspension from the program
• Additional costs for materials or field trips will be communicated in advance

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Student-initiated cancellations:

• Cancellations made 14 days before course start: Full refund minus RM 200 administrative fee
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before start: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before start: No refund
• No refunds after course commencement

We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, full refunds will be provided.

Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

• Attend all scheduled sessions and practical activities
• Follow safety protocols and facility rules
• Treat equipment, facilities, and fellow students with respect
• Complete assignments and assessments as required
• Maintain professional conduct throughout the program

Facility Usage and Safety

Access to our training facilities is restricted to enrolled students during scheduled sessions. Students must:

• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required protective equipment
• Report accidents or equipment malfunctions immediately
• Not remove equipment or materials from the premises without authorization
• Respect facility operating hours and access restrictions

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to manuals, presentations, videos, and proprietary techniques, are the intellectual property of Cave Aqua Skills Training Center. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use these materials without written permission.

Certification

Certificates of completion are awarded to students who successfully complete all program requirements. Certificates are not transferable and remain the property of the issuing institution. Replacement certificates may be issued for a fee.

Limitation of Liability

Cave Aqua Skills Training Center provides training for educational purposes. We make no guarantees regarding employment opportunities or business success following course completion. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific program.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mediation in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia, under Malaysian law. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal action.
